Every tee is made to order. Once you place your order, it goes to our print-on-demand production partners (including Printify and its fulfillment network), where your shirt is printed just for you. This means less waste and no excess stock sitting in a warehouse.

Production usually takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST may start processing the next business day. During holidays, big promotions or busy periods, it can occasionally take a little longer.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@sunsetshirt.com with your order number. Because orders go into production quickly, we’ll do our best, but cancellations and changes (size, color, address) can’t be guaranteed once production has started.

Payments are processed securely at checkout. Depending on your location you’ll see options such as major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

Yes! Orders of $100 or more ship free to all our shipping zones.

Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email used for your order. Tracking can take a little time to activate after the carrier picks up the package. You can also check it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

If your package hasn’t arrived 5 business days after the estimated delivery window, email support@sunsetshirt.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or VAT may apply depending on your country. Unless stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Email us right away at support@sunsetshirt.com. We’ll try to help, but changes can’t be guaranteed once the order is in production. Please double-check your address at checkout.

No worries — we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sunsetshirt.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the issue. In most cases you don’t need to send the item back.

Because every shirt is printed specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or color selections, change of mind or incorrect quantities. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering — and reach out if you’re unsure.

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first. The address on the package is a production facility and returns sent there can’t be processed.

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Read the full Refund Policy.

Contact us as soon as possible. Packages marked as delivered may need an investigation with the carrier, and we’ll work with our shipping partners to sort it out.

Our graphic tees are 100% cotton with a unisex classic fit and crew neck. Each product page has a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes or want a roomier look, we suggest sizing up.

We work hard to show accurate images, but because each shirt is printed to order, small variations in color, print placement or texture can happen. Screen settings and lighting can also change how colors look.

To keep your print looking fresh: turn the shirt inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the print. Skip bleach and dry cleaning.
